Retainer Fee Policy
For brides, a non-refundable/non-transferable retainer is due at the time of booking. please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a signed contract and retainer are received. your retainer will be non-refundable for reasons including but not limited to; cancellation of wedding, date change, change in services, weather, sickness, etc.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your services at any time, however, you will forfeit any and all retainers and/or payments made. if for any reason a wedding date is cancelled within 30 days of the event- 50% of the signed total will be owed. in the event that the stylist from Styled Darling is unable to perform services for any reason including but not limited to sickness, accident, weather, etc., reasonable accommodations shall be made up to and including a full refund of retainers for services not provided.
Trial Policy
A trial is highly suggested for all weddings. this will ensure that we nail the perfect look so you can go into your big day confident that we have it right. a trial does not guarantee ‘day of’ booking so please be sure to schedule that well in advance. you must have a signed contract and retainer before your date is booked.
